The Mandala artwork uses a variety of lines to create textures and patterns from digital brushes to fill the entire design. I used brushes in Adobe Illustrator to make a unique piece. The target audience of this design is people that are or come from cultures that have Hindu or Buddhist religions. However, it can also be for anyone that likes geometric/intricate artwork. The software used to create it was Adobe Illustrator because of the range of digital brushes available to experiment with what shape/pattern would come from it and how I wanted the piece to look. The design intent was to create something new, apply more of my skills to Adobe Illustrator, and make something compelling. I found a tutorial on how to make it while making my design.
