This illustration depicts the sun setting behind a series of mountains and how the setting sun glows behind the hills and mountains, revealing the enchanting landscape. The target audience is anyone that likes artwork focused on mountain landscapes with sunrise or enjoys minimalistic digital art. The software I used was Adobe Illustrator because of the pen tool to create the shapes of the mountain ranges and add blending modes and effects to different areas to make the entire artwork clean and seamless. The design intent of making the art piece was from the prettiness factor of seeing a reference photo of this on one of the royalty-free photo websites. It also was to recreate a picture using Adobe Illustrator tools, especially trying to achieve the same effect the photo had with the glow from the sun on the hills and mountains.
